Please note that these terms have been formulated within the boundaries of Consumer Affairs (Retail) Victoria.
Refund / Cancelation policy
If you are not 100% happy with any full priced Belle Cose item you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We do not offer refunds for change of mind - we offer a store credit.

Should a return need to be processed we will endevour to do so within 5 business days of receiving your item. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email from Belle Cose Clothing & Giftware with your store credit along with instructions on how to use it. Store credits are valid for 6 months. If you have not received your email, please check your junk mail as it may have gone into there.
Exchanging for a different style:
We are unable to hold any items for exchange. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued via email you may use this store credit to purchase a new product.
Exchanging for a different size:
We only accept exchanging for a different size on full price items with all tags attached. The shipping fee will at the customers cost.
Terms of Returning an item:
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer. If you purchase an item and choose to return it and that item has gone on sale in the mean time you will be offered the sale price as a store credit!
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items. If you require the same item in a different size please email email@example.com to accommodate you.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping and in some cases a style may have missed. In the rare event that a product is faulty please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is faulty, we offer a full refund of the purchase price. We will cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible.

All items ordered together will be held and shipped together when the pre order item arrives
If you require seperate shipment you must place seperate orders
Pre orders are NOT able to be cancelled before delivery, though you may exchange after delivery.
ALL pre orders are final and items can not be added to order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only one discount/credit code can be used per order
If you have 2 codes at the time of a sale, we can only honour one of these so you will need to decide which one you choose to use.
If you forget to include the code we are unable to refund/credit the difference or amend this.
